Bike outside 405?

Hi all, 

I've been wondering about the bike that's been locked to the signpost outside 405. It's been there for so long that I’ve started to wonder whether it still belongs to someone on the block or if it may have been abandoned. 

It sometimes collects trash in the basket, which made me think it might not be in use anymore. 

If it's yours (or you know whose it is), please ignore this - I’m just trying to satisfy my curiosity and trying to determine whether it's actually abandoned.

Hi Claire-I live at 403 and I’ve been meaning to address this so thank you for taking the initiative. That bicycle has been there for months and months. Maybe even a year! Someone told me to call 311 but have not done so. Maybe with your email, someone will claim it-I doubt it but we’ll see.

I know! It was buried in 4+ feet of snow all winter, and it's a nice bike! It's for sure been there for over a year.
