您好!請問故障現象為何?您可以與週圍其他同款式話機交換測試看看,如還是不能使用,請將電話機包裝好,附上故障狀態說明及您的聯絡資料與寄回給您的郵資、寄回地址,寄到本公司客服部收,本公司收到後會判定是否需收費(天災或人為損壞需收費)。
