Oh my glob! All three princesses of the Nameless Kingdom have disappeared! Finn (the human) and his best bro Jake (the shape-shifting dog) embark on an original heroic adventure created exclusively for the video game. Players journey through the Nameless Kingdom, an unexplored realm in the Land of Ooo, to rescue princesses and choose the one princess who commands the Nameless inhabitants. After all, every kingdom needs a princess who rules.
I am a huge Adventure Time fan. I've been one for some time now. Adventure Time: The Secret Of The Nameless Kingdom completely plays the fan service and then some. With callbacks to very specific episodes and events the game totally gives the feel and fun of the cartoon. Being a fan of all of the references, characters, and everything kept me going in the game even when I was frustrated and could move on. Even minor things like finding a book based on the adventures of Fiona and Cake showed that WayForward took their time to try and include all kinds of aspects from the show for the game. None of which felt like it was shoehorned in to try and force a love for the game because of the love of the show. Everything had a purpose and wasn't there just for the "WOW" factor. Great use of the IP overall.

Introduction:
Finn and Jake have been sent by Princess Bubblegum to the Nameless Kingdom. Upon arrival, they discover that the princesses of the kingdom have been kidnapped! The two heroes set out on an adventure to rescue the princesses and save the Nameless Kingdom, encountering many familiar characters along the way.
Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom is very reminiscent of The Legend of Zelda games. If you've played some of them, you'll see many similarities.
Playthrough 1:
For your first playthrough, you'll want to just enjoy the game and get used to its mechanics, locations, and enemies. There are tons items to collect, many of which will require item or ability upgrades found in the dungeons you will explore. During this playthrough, you will be able to unlock all but one achievement, "Ambitreacherous."
Playthrough 2:
This playthrough will be dedicated solely to Ambitreacherous. For this run, you are not allowed to upgrade your thumps, sword, or armor. That means no picking up thumps after defeating bosses, no rattleballs training, no like like sweater from final dungeon, and no Jake shield upgrade (unconfirmed) from Marceline. See "Ambitreacherous" for a couple tips.
Mop Up:
Since you reload your save before defeating the final boss, all but one achievement is missable. You are free to tackle whatever achievements you put off at your leisure before or after finishing the game.
Conclusion:
Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom is a short, but enjoyable homage to The Legend of Zelda. My biggest complaint with this game is that it's small. You don't have a large world or many dungeons to explore. However, if you're a fan of the series and The Legend of Zelda, this game is for you.
Gunter can be found in secret areas of many caves, and you will have to find him in each of his locations and speak to him. Each time you do, he will give you some treasure. The following are his locations:
Secret of the Nameless Kingdom is a pleasant surprise. Despite a few technical hiccups and some (gameplay) road bumps along the way, I enjoyed the adventure every time I picked up my Vita. It is a great nod to the classic Zelda game, and never crosses the line from being a homage to being a copycat title.
The first, Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage?!! is an action-adventure game for the Nintendo DS and 3DS with a story by series creator Pendleton Ward. Finn and Jake awaken from a crazy dream involving the Cosmic Owl to find that the Ice King has made off with their garbage for some sinister purpose. Not just their garbage, in fact, but garbage from people all across the Land of Ooo. Our dauntless adventurers must journey from kingdom to kingdom, fighting weird monsters and learning new abilities in order to get their stuff back and get to the bottom of the Ice King's latest evil scheme.
