I just got Nova Launcher on my OP8 and have set it as default but when i swipe to go home it either really often goes back to the OP8 default launcher, or asks me if I want to always open or always ask when choosing a launcher.
just playing around with /e/ the past week, but i dont really like the BLISSlauncher. So i installed simple launcher from fdroid. But its too simple for me and there not much features. On my daily driver i use the OnePlus Launcher and iam looking for something simmilar.
I come from OnePlus (used the 5t and then the 7 Pro), and I LOVED their launcher. The customizability, and ease of customization, was amazing. That is probably the biggest thing I miss after switching to the P6P. I wasn't expecting to lose that (my fault), so it took me by surprise. I really like a lot of things about this phone but one of the things I miss is changing icons, which was super easy on OP. I've looked around a little bit but the OP launcher isn't one of the launchers you can just download off of the Play Store. In fact, it just says it's incompatible with my device. So I've looked for APKs but it's hard to know what I can trust. I've tried Nova a little bit, and will probably end up sticking with that if I can't get the OP launcher, but I lose the Google shelf which I use multiple times a day. I'm doing a lot of weighing pros and cons but if anyone has done this or knows what I do, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
So I have a OnePlus 10R. And I noticed that the launcher it uses by default is called the "System Launcher", and there's something called a "OnePlus Launcher". So I'm confused here, regarding are they both the same ? Or have they now switched to System Launcher ? Or am I supposed to download OnePlus Launcher?
OnePlus launcher comes as a part of Oxygen OS. By default, the whole package takes up to 12GB of space on the device. And unlike some other OEMs, the company has made it exclusive to OnePlus devices only.

You have to uninstall last update of oneplus launcher and install manually previous version. It can be found in apkmirror for instance. There is no option to remove weather and background in last version.
