(Jadi mungkin nggak terlalu confidential)
Tapi...
Misalnya saja ZADCO punya paket daily rate. Paket ini didesign sendiri oleh ZADCO (tentunya dengan approval dari ADNOC), tapi nothing to do dengan ADCO ataupun ADMA.
Salam,

Grade 20 ?!!
Wah.. orang kita mentok_mentoknya di grade 16 hehe..
Mungkin gambarannya seperti ini:
Grade 14 : experiment 5 - 10 th
Grade 15: Sr, Engineer,
Grade 16: Specialist atau bisa juga coordinator
Grade 17: Expertise atau level advisor
Saya nggak tahu apakah ada grade 18 utk yg bukan managerial. |
Betul Mas Taufiq,
Kalau finansial, secara umum gak beda jauh, kecuali kalau kita pintar negosiasi.
Saya share juga nilai minusnya di sana:
- Rent flat jauh lebih mahal,
- Filter internet sangat ketat, banyak block nya termasuk skype. Bikin bete xixixi
- Aktivasi BB mahal
- Transportasi mudah (bus gampang + taxi murah).
Wassalam,

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, the Deputy Emir and Crown Prince, made the announcement and stipulated that the raise would be backdated to take effect from September 1st.
The decision increases the salaries of civil servants working in the country by 60%. It also increases the salaries for military personnel by 120% for officers and 50% for other military personnel.
The decree increases the pensions for retired civilians by 60% and includes individuals who are about to retire. It also increases pensions for retired military personnel by 120% for officers and by 50% for military personnel of lower rank. The cost of the increases is an estimated 10 billion riyals a year ($2.74 billion) in addition to 10 billion riyals paid one time only to the civil and military pension funds to cover the difference in salaries retroactively. The state will also pay about 10 billion riyals to the retirees' pension fund.
Daham al-Maliki, 45, a government employee, told Al-Shorfa the salary increase will provide greater stability for his career and family. He is struggling to repay bank loans that drained about 60% of his salary every month and left him with barely enough to cover monthly expenses.
Jamaan al-Dosari, an engineer, was pleased with the increase, describing it as "large and higher than expected". He also expressed concern that traders might take advantage of the situation to raise prices on goods.
"Merchants have previous experience with these situations which is why we anticipate an explosive increase in prices," he said.
Asked whether the private sector will follow the state by increasing salaries, Mohammed al-Obaidly, secretary-general of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce, said the private sector has a consistent policy for salary increases, which calls for increases of 5% annually to cover increases in the cost of living.
He added, "This does not mean that the private sector cannot approve salary increases for their employees, but in the end it cannot follow the government's increases which are very large."
The salary increases were limited to Qatari employees in the public sector and do not apply to residents from Arab countries or other nationalities. Immigrant employees expressed concern that a rise in prices could harm them to a greater degree.
Ibrahim Muharram, an Egyptian working in the health sector, hoped that non-Qatari workers in the public sector would also receive a salary increase even if it amounted to less than half what Qataris received.
He added, "I did not get an increase, and market prices will rise, so how will I be able to deal with the new price hike?"
However, Ali Shaker, an economic analyst, ruled out any substantial increases in prices. He told Al-Shorfa, "The market in Qatar is governed by laws, and the talk from some about how they will wake up in the morning to find that prices rose dramatically because of salary increases is not logical."
He added, "There may be some merchants who will raise some prices, but this will not be a general phenomenon. If there is fear, then it will be from a possible rise in rents for apartments and houses, but it will not happen as rapidly as some expect."
Shaker said the higher wages will improve economic performance in Qatar but warned about the "traps to which some banks may resort by providing soft loans and attractive offers to Qatari employees who are overjoyed with the substantial increase in their salary", he said

Kalau harga sewa apartment naik, sadis namanya... :-(
Wong yg dpt kenaikan gaji ngga perlu bayar sewa kok, knapa kita yg jadi korban? Kalaupun harga sewa naik - IMHO, mungkin bukan krn kenaikan gaji Qatari.
