We are pleased to announce enhanced services for Qatar-based Privilege Club members with the opening of Privilege Club Member Service Centre at Oryx Galleria, Doha with effect from 2nd February 2014.

Located on the ground floor of Qatar Airways Tower 2, exclusively for Privilege Club members, Oryx Galleria is now a one-stop shop where members can:

• Redeem Qmiles for award flights and upgrades on Qatar Airways
• Redeem Qmiles for award flights on any of our partner airlines
• Enquire about their membership accounts, missing Qmiles and lots more
• Shop with Qmiles for exquisite products ranging from fragrances, watches, writing instruments, home appliances, electronic, sport goods, toys and travel luggage to mention a few. To learn more about Shop and Pay with Qmiles, click here.

As a benefit, Privilege Club members will now enjoy 5% discount on Qmiles required for flight awards on Qatar Airways every time they redeem at our member service centre at Oryx Galleria.

What’s more, to celebrate this opening, we would like to offer you an additional 5% discount – making a total of 10% discount on Qmiles redeemed for flight awards on Qatar Airways at our member service centre at Oryx Galleria till 28th February 2014.

We invite you to visit our new member service centre, open between 09:00hrs and 21:00hrs (Doha local time), Saturday – Thursday and 12:00hrs to 21:00hrs (Doha local time) on Fridays. For your convenience, parking spaces* have been reserved for you. For directions to Oryx Galleria, click here.
