Tp, in any case, sepertinya paket all-in tsb cukup jauh dari market rate. Atau emang skrg market rate lg anjlok spt harga minyak ya?
2 thn yll ada vacancy Bourouge utk posisi Contract Engineer (non senior) paket all-in 38,500 Dirham - ni aja udah lebih dr 10k USD kan. Lokasi kerjanya di Abu Dhabi.

Sekarang pasaran emang rada turun, tapi dimaklumi aja karna harga minyak juga masih gonjang ganjing.. Kalo ada yg dapet tawaran di timur tengah dgn nilai yg "mencukupi" ya diterima aja, karna induk perusahaan migas kita dsini yg katanya terkuat se-timur tengah pun konon lagi ngebabat 10,000 pegawai. Ga pandang bulu, yg udah 13 tahun berkarya pun dibuang juga.. Jadi efeknya juga pasti merata ke negara2 lain, tawaran gaji pun ikutan turun..
