Apakah tawaran kerja dari Brunel Energy ini rasional ?

Salam buat semua rekan2 di Qatar.

Nama saya Agus Efendi, tinggal dan bekerja di persh Software di Indonesia.
Saya punya pengalaman 18 thn di IT Industry (Programmer, System Analyst, IT QA & IT Auditor dan Project Manager).
dengan rincian pengalaman sbb:

• Programmer               4 thn
• System Analyst         4 thn
• IT QA & Auditor          2 thn
• Project Manager        10 thn
  

Dua hari yang lalu saya mendapatkan tawaran dari Brunel Energy, Qatar untuk posisi :

• Senior Business Systems Analyst – Measurement and Allocation
• POIS/DRS Project Lead
• Lead Systems Analyst (SCMS/HAS)

dengan isi email seperti di bawah

Attached  above are all IT professionals we need , I would highly appreciate if you could recommend or forward my e.mail address to your colleages , please see also the benefits we offered for our hirees;

If we hired you ( Brunel Qatar )  , below will be your benefits

Work rotation is 12 weeks on 2 weeks off 10 hrs per day 6 days per week

Accomodation and transportation provided - we provide this as monthly living allowance equivalent to USD 4,000  for accommodation and USD 800 for transportation , all your expenses in excess of this will be at your own cost , but judging on all our hirees , this is more than enough for their monthly expenses ( of course depending on your standard )

For simple calculation , 1 USD = 3.63 QR ( actually = 3.65 )

1. so for Accomodation amount of USD 4,000 = QR 14,500  ,  our western expatriate accomodation at west bay prime location at Doha  ( 1 room , hall and kithen ) cost only QR 12,850  ,  some who wants lesser rents ( QR 2000 + )  goes outside Doha.
2. For Car – USD 800 = QR 3,000  -   rental of a latest model Nissan Tida car  cost QR 2,100  , gasoline is very cheap , 1 full tank cost only @ QR 40

Your travel time from Doha to site is approx 1 hour.

If you want to bring your family , we will assist you to change from single status to married status ( maybe within a month ) and your work rotation will change also to

32 days off  annually.

flight to Qatar and rotational flight provided – for hirees only

medical provided – for hirees only

Salary computed on day rate worked - tax free No Work No Pay

1. Apakah Brunel merupakan perusahaan yg sudah mapan dan masuk kriteria bagus.
2. Apakah tawaran di atas masuk akal.
3. Berapa kira-kira gaji harian untuk IT Project Manager seperti saya

Sebagai info, Brunel Energy adalah perusahaan man power supply yang sudah dikenal dan cukup dipercaya. Di perusahaan tempat saya bekerja juga banyak outsource dari Brunel.
