to TensorFlow End Users - GETTING STARTED, TUTORIALS & HOW-TO'S

All,

Am wondering if tensorflow-lite can be cross compiled for a Cortex A9 (Armv7a) target that does not have VFP nor NEON support in hardware.

If so, any instructions or guide or any notes that can help me get started would be really helpful.
