Can tensor2tensor run in windows?

I have installed tensor2tensor and tensorflow in anaconda windows, but when i run this commond in cmd, it shows that "t2t-trainer is not a commond"  why?

  --generate_data \
  --data_dir=~/t2t_data \
  --output_dir=~/t2t_train/mnist \
  --problem=image_mnist \
  --model=shake_shake \
  --hparams_set=shake_shake_quick \

find the t2t-trainer file and run "python path2file\t2t-trainer". The file does not have "py" extension.

In my machine, it is in "C:\Users\yourn_ame\AppData\Local\Continuum\Anaconda3\envs\your_env\Scripts\"
