Need help finding calculator emulation software for special needs students.

I have a physically limited student that can only use a tablet PC to
do his work. He needs to be able to use a graphing calculator (Ti-84
preferred) on his computer to begin Algebra 1 this year. I'm going to
look into the TInspire software, but was wondering if there was
anything else available. I wish I could find a simple application
similar to what the state offers on their new online EOC/GW testing.

What about the Smartview software?  It's the TI-83/84 software that's available for teachers.  Essentially, it's a computer calculator.

I just found the ti-smartview software for the ti-84. Sadly, I have
to wait for a trial cd to arrive in the mail. If there are any other
suggestions I'd like to try them out, but it looks like the smartview
software will probably be the ticket.

Good luck with that!  You may want to see if any of your teachers also has the CD already.

There is a calculator emulater that comes with the TI-Teacher software for
the TI-Nspire.
