Fire Chief to lead the Gatlinburg Fire and EMS Department. The current chief, Chief Charlie Cole is retiring.
The Gatlinburg Fire and EMS Department has earned an Insurance Service Office (ISO) Class 2 Public Protection Classification and is recognized for its commitment to excellence in service delivery. The department provides comprehensive, all-hazards fire protection
services and operates an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance service to safeguard the community.
