Municipal Foundations

This program familiarizes municipal elected officials with foundational aspects of municipal governance. Topics include forms of government, charters, ethics, public records, open meetings, effective meetings, and finance.

Administrative Professionals Bootcamp

 

Are you ready to strengthen the skills that keep your office and your community running smoothly?

The Administrative Professionals Bootcamp is designed for municipal administrative support staff who wish to enhance self-awareness and develop their skills in customer service, communication, and productivity.

This 12-hour program is composed of four courses: Professional Awareness, Customer Service, Confident Communication, and Productive Work Habits. Participants will also receive a DiSC work styles report. Completion of all four courses is required to receive a certificate of completion.
