Learn how to adapt your communication to different work styles, influence others respectfully, and support a high‑performing team.   Yolanda Dillard Training & Development Consultant  MTAS       Elected Officials Academy at TML   Municipal Foundations    July 9 | 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET | Kingsport| $185 (invoiced to your municipality after attendance)  This program familiarizes municipal elected officials with foundational aspects of municipal governance. Topics include forms of government, charters, ethics, public records, open meetings, effective meetings, and finance.  Lunch and beverages provided.  TBOUR-approved for 7.5 hours of utility training.
