Subject: Fire Museum of Memphis Yard Sale & Auction

Dear Chiefs:

I would like to take this opportunity to invite each of you to our big event at the Fire Museum of Memphis next month. On Saturday, April 18th, we will have our Yard Sale and Auction at the museum from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The address is 118 Adams Avenue in downtown Memphis. Admission is FREE. We would like to have a big showing at this event, so PLEASE pass this invitation on to all of your employees!

Not only will this be a fun-filled day, but it is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We are trimming down the size of our surplus collection and making some rare items available to area firefighters, friends, and followers. They include:

OLD TURNOUTS, NOZZLES, HELMETS, EXTINGUISHERS, TOYS, TOOLS, APPLIANCES, FRAMED PICTURES, BELLS, FIRE HOSE, T-SHIRTS, BALLCAPS, RED LIGHTS, COMPUTER AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND MUCH MUCH MORE!

Food & refreshments will be available all day on Saturday, so plan to make a day of it!

SILENT AUCTION ENDS AT 3PM AND WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY 4PM.

ADMISSION IS FREE! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at Bill.A...@MemphisTN.gov or leave a message on my office phone, 901-636-5664. Thank you!!!!
