Participants will gain an understanding of the plan review process, applicable fire and building code requirements, and methods for evaluating plans to identify fire and life safety concerns before construction begins. The course provides practical knowledge applicable to both new construction and renovation projects and is beneficial to personnel involved in code enforcement, inspections, and community risk reduction activities.
