What is the Leadership Institute? The Leadership Institute is a learning opportunity made up of four sessions that will take place across four consecutive months. With one session each month focused on a different aspect of leadership, this is a great opportunity to better yourself and the community you serve.     Designed exclusively for PEP members, the program offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen leadership skills and connect with peers from across the state.   The sessions are: September: Foundations of Leadership October: Risk-Aware Leadership November: Leading Through Change December: Building a High-Performance Culture     Sarah Curtis, PEP Loss Control Training Consultant, will lead the program. Your registration reserves your seat for the entire Fall 2026 program.   Seating is limited to 60 participants per session, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.   Unable to join this cohort?
