Tom joined CTAS as an Environmental Management
Consultant in November 2024, following a career in public planning in Tennessee. He was planning director for Hendersonville and Wilson County, serving as floodplain administrator and development services director. Tom is an AICP Certified Planner, Registered
Landscape Architect, and Certified Floodplain Manager. He holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Auburn University and an M.S. in City and Regional Planning from the University of Memphis.
