ADA Accessibility Requirements for Local Governments-Web Content and Mobile Applications

The U.S. Department of Justice (the “DOJ”) has issued a final rule updating its regulations for Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”). These updated ADA requirements are in addition to any existing applicable requirements related to accessibility or otherwise. These guidelines are available here: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/.
