Please go ahead and send out to our email groups and post on our website for Hotel Reservations for the Fall Quarterly Meeting at Holiday Inn - Johnson City.  Please include the following message in the email.

Be advised we are attempting to work with the hotel to extend the room block dates and the rate to include Tuesday (10/20) night. When booking your hotel reservation, the rate should be at or below the room block rate 0f $110/night.  Please go ahead and make your hotel reservations ASAP, while we work on this issue with Hotel Management Team, and send email to jam...@cityofmilantn.com if you are having any reservation issues.
