The Administrative Professionals Bootcamp is designed for municipal administrative support staff who wish to enhance self-awareness and develop their skills in customer service, communication, and productivity.
This 12-hour program is composed of four courses: Professional Awareness, Customer Service, Confident Communication, and Productive Work Habits. Participants will also receive a DiSC work styles report.
Completion of all four courses is required to receive a certificate of completion.
