TN Fire Chiefs Association Winter Meeting Information and Hotel Room Block

Please see the attached tentative agenda for the upcoming TFCA Winter Meeting February 4-6, 2026 at the Double Tree Hotel.  Please be advised to make your hotel room reservations ASAP by calling the Double Tree at 731-664-6900 or through Hilton using group code "CDT90G" by January 15th; room rate is $110/night while room block is available.  Also, the TN Firefighting Commission will host a work session/business meeting in conjunction with the TFCA quarterly meeting (see agenda).

Finally, the TN Fire Chiefs will host our final in-person SAFER 3 Training Workshop "Enhancing Volunteer Recruitment and Retention: It's Everyone's Job" on Saturday, February 7^th (see attached flyer).  Registration is required at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1979393106064?aff=oddtdtcreator

In conjunction with the Tennessee Fire Chiefs Association’s 2026 Winter meeting, the TFCA will be hosting an in-person training workshop on "Enhancing Volunteer Recruitment and Retention: It's Everyone's Job" on Saturday, February 7^th from 9:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. CST at the Doubletree Hotel in Jackson, TN (see attached flyer). 

 

The workshop is free to attend though registration is required at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1979393106064?aff=oddtdtcreator. A lunch will be provided. The training is presented as a part of the FEMA SAFER grant that was awarded to the TFCA.
