FY 2026–2027 Certified Public Administrator (CPA) Renewal Fee Payment Instructions

To maintain your Certified Public Administrator (CPA) certification, please complete your annual renewal fee in k@te.

Step 1 – Log In

Go to https://kate.tennessee.edu, select External Customers, and sign in using your k@te username and password.

Step 2 – Register for the Renewal Fee

You can access the renewal fee in one of two ways:

Option 1 – Learning

  1. Select Learning.
  2. Choose View Your Transcript.
  3. Locate CPA Renewal Fee (Starts 9/1/2026).
  4. Click Register.

Option 2 – Welcome Page

  1. Under My Active Courses, locate CPA Renewal Fee (Starts 9/1/2026).
  2. Click Register.

Step 3 – Select Your Payment Method

Click Select under Payment Method and choose one of the following:

  • Credit Card – Pay online immediately.
  • Invoice – Receive an invoice by email to submit for payment.

Step 4 – Complete Your Payment

If Paying by Credit Card

  • Enter your payment information.
  • Your registration will be confirmed immediately.
  • A receipt will be emailed to you by CTAS within two (2) business days.

If Requesting an Invoice

  • An invoice will be emailed to the address associated with your k@te account within two (2) business days.
  • Follow the instructions on the invoice to complete payment.

Important Reminder

  • The FY 2026–2027 CPA Renewal Fee is now available.
  • Payment is due no later than June 30, 2027.
  • We encourage you to complete your renewal early to ensure your certification remains in good standing.
