Hi everybody,
This is a reminder email. Nancy, you are on the hook to lead half of the class tomorrow. Actually, if you haven't yet prepared anything, you could wait until next week, as I think the debate about ghosts could probably take up the whole class without any problem.
Everybody else: please prepare to debate about ghosts. If you prepare ahead of time, it will make the class go better:
- Take a look at the vocabulary list in the lesson plan: http://tenglish-s2008.googlegroups.com/web/20080528-LessonPlan.txt
- Pick a side: do you want to argue that ghosts exist or that they don't exist?
- Look at this article:

- Look at some of the other links under "Resources" in the lesson plan.
- Prepare your arguments. I'm afraid I fall pretty firmly on the "don't exist" side, so most of the resources support that argument. If you are on the "do exist" side, you should be able to go on the Internet and find some resources by yourself, to bolster your argument.
