Meetup in Tenerife

Is there are anybody wants to meet in Tenerife to have a discussion about Ruby, Ruby on Rails, NoSQL databases, Javascript libraries and UX/IA etc... anything related to the web-development?

I'm sure there are people interested in tenerife-rb group, anyway we have other group called AgileCanarias focused on agile development too (with "a lot of" technical people). Maybe, if you tell me about your idea, we could organize a meeting for both groups. I'm sure english will be a challenge, but challenges are a really nice thing :-)

I have no real idea about the meeting. The thing is that I really lack of communication in this part of my life. And I found that there are no conferences or meetups (on the islands) related to a programming or software/hardware development, except LAN Party (http://www.tenerife-lanparty.com/2k12/).

Maybe you can suggest me about the camps/meetings/conferences? How do live and how do you communicate with others, who is working or somehow engaged in any kind of tech development?

Welcome back Ancor, and happy birthday :-)

Next meeting will be friday 7 or friday 14, it depends on the speaker this time. It will be the experience of David Cabrera in San Francisco with Imagine. It's planned more like networking than a usual keynote, and probably the place will be cafe Punto y Coma. This information is not official, and there is no information on AgileCanarias list yet, probably on tuesday we will publish the event.
