TENDEUCHEN CHAPTER MEETING

We will be holding our Chapter Meeting on Zoom Thursday, December 3 at 7:30pm. Connection information - https://osu.zoom.us/j/94636860802?pwd=Rmc0elFNQ29XalJXa0VZZEJ1aCtQQT09. The meeting room opens at 7 for those who would like to fellowship before the meeting. We will use a waiting room. Please use your first and last name so I can tell who you are in the waiting room in order to let you into the meeting.

We will:

• Conduct our Chapter elections.
• Prepare for unit election season.
• Dance team planning.
• Have a game but you are on your own for snacks!

 

We will prepare for Troop OA elections by selecting neighborhood leaders and training teams. Please join us; we need lots of help to help run Troop elections during OA election season. All OA members are encouraged to attend, and Troop OA Representatives are expected.

 

CHAPTER ELECTIONS APPROACHING

At our December Chapter meeting we will be electing officers for 2021. The Chapter positions are Chapter Chief, Vice-Chiefs of Administration, Service/Activities, and Dance Team/Ceremonies, and a Secretary. Please consider using your talent to help lead our Chapter into the future.

 

 

Troop and Team Elections Being Scheduled

 

To arrange for an OA election for your Troop or Crew please contact Kurt Tekaucic the Tendeuchen Chapter Advisor. Crews will be eligible to hold elections in February. Elections are available starting now and must be completed by February 25.
