TENDEUCHEN CHAPTER MEETING
We will be holding our Chapter Meeting on Zoom Thursday, May 6, 2018 during Roundtable. The chapter meeting will be 7:30 to 8:30 pm. Zoom connection information below. The meeting room opens at 7 for those who would like to fellowship before the meeting. We will use a waiting room. Please use your first and last name so I can tell who you are in the waiting room in order to let you into the meeting.
What I know of the agenda so far:
- Help Ordeal members prepare for Brotherhood.
- Finalize our plans for the June fun meeting.
- Have a game but you are on your own for snacks!
All OA members are encouraged to attend and Troop OA Representatives are expected.
ORDEAL SEASON
Ordeal season is here! We have four Ordeal/Brotherhood weekends this year:
May 21-23 at Chief Logan Scout Reservation,
July 23-25 at Camp Oyo,
August 20-22 at Camp Falling Rock,
September 10-12 at Camp Lazarus.
WE NEED HELP! It takes many members to put on a successful Ordeal weekend. We need people to help in the kitchen, as service crew leaders and elangomats, on the ritual team, and more. If you haven’t been to an Ordeal since you were inducted, you are really missing out. The experience is very different for members: you eat great food all weekend, choose your own service and get to meet (and talk all day to) fellow Arrowmen from troops around our council. Serving as an elangomat for our candidates is a great opportunity to get involved and serve your fellow scouts. If you are not a Brotherhood member, you can become one at any of the Ordeal weekends (6 months or more after your Ordeal) too. You will learn more about the Order of the Arrow and get to see the best ceremony it has to offer. Registration & information

Conclave 2021: Hilltop Happening!
May 14-16, 2021
Seven Ranges Scout Reservation in Kensington, Ohio
The theme for this year is Hilltop Happening, where Arrowmen will gather for exciting shows, engaging activities and fellowship, and even the possibility to dunk the Section C-4 Chief! We will also have the National Vice Chief, Greg Brown, in attendance! Before registering, please make sure to navigate our site! We cannot wait to see you at conclave!
The early registration deadline has been pushed back to May 7th.
