Illinois Department of Human Services will never call or text you to ask for your personal information, Link card number or PIN. Only use the number on the back of your Link card 1-800-678-LINK (5465), Illinois Link Card Website (ebtEDGE.com) or the ebtEDGE app to access your Link account.
Anyone approved to receive cash assistance or SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits will be issued an Illinois Link card. The Illinois Link card is a plastic card that looks and works like a debit card. If you are eligible for cash and SNAP benefits, you will access both with the same card. Only one Illinois Link Card is issued per account. Children issued P-EBT for the 2020-2021 school year will each have their own account.
Once you qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or cash benefits (Temporary Assistance) you receive an EBT card, also known as a Common Benefit Identification Card (CBIC). The EBT card looks like a debit card. The EBT card allows you to buy groceries and other items with your cash benefits at participating stores and other locations.
Your EBT card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) are used at authorized retail stores with your cash or SNAP benefits. Many retail stores also provide cash back with your purchase. Check with the store for their cash back policy.
The EBT system is used in California for the delivery, redemption, and reconciliation of issued public assistance benefits, such as CalFresh, CalWORKs, and other food and cash aid benefits.EBT accessible in California, the other 49 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. Recipients of public assistance in California access their issued benefits with the Golden State Advantage EBT card.
If you are contacted about your EBT account, you should not provide any personal information. If you think your benefits may have been stolen, you should immediately call the customer service telephone number on the back of your EBT card, (877) 328-9677, or contact your county social services agency.
Wait through two card number prompts without entering your EBT card number and you will hear a prompt to report your card as lost or stolen. Once reported, your EBT card is disabled and you are told how to get a new card. It is important that you call customer service as soon as possible! If someone uses your card and personal identification number (PIN) to get benefits, these benefits may not be replaced.
But I can't attach this new link card to any other card. When I click the Attachment button and choose Trello, the Add Card or Board box suggests other cards and offers to search for others, as usual. But the search function will not find the new link card.
If you want to copy the link from the link card in order to attach it somewhere else, you can hover your mouse over the link card and Ctrl/Cmd+c to copy then hover over another command and Ctrl/Cmd+v to paste it, but it will just show up as a good drive link on the target card.
@Jeff Bean yes, it is the same. The link card is really just a presentation layer that makes the front of a card look different if it's a link to a Google Doc. It's the same with a "board link". If you create a card with a link to a board, you see a representation of that board on the front of a card. However if you add the same link to another card, you see a slightly different representation of the board on the back of the card (the same feature, as far as I understand, is being rolled out for cards).

My debit card is linked. When I go to transfer money I am asked to link my card again. When I link my card again it's successful but I am again taken to the "Link card" page. Thus I cannot in any way transfer money to my card because of this loop. Extremely frustrated because of this issue.
I am from Estonia but I doubt that my country matters as it seems to be an issue with the site itself. When adding the card no error message or explantion is given, it only shows that adding my card has been successful (my card is indeed linked to my account) but it still every single time takes me back to the page where I have to link a card to proceed.
Hello @anon76545 and @kernowlass,
Thanks for posting in the Community!

Recipients of Nutrition and/or Cash Assistance will receive their benefits on a QUEST Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Card issued by Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). The card is used like a debit card to purchase food with Nutrition Assistance benefits, and withdraw Cash Assistance benefits from an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) displaying the QUEST symbol.
Please note: Arizona state law prohibits the use of the Cash Assistance EBT card at all ATMs and point-of-sale terminals located in liquor stores, gambling casinos, race tracks, adult entertainment establishments, and medical marijuana dispensaries. Arizona state law also prohibits purchasing lottery tickets with a Cash Assistance EBT card. Your Cash Assistance must be used only to provide for the basic needs of the children and adults for whom assistance is being provided.
You are allowed to use your EBT card outside of Arizona. A notice will be sent requiring you to answer questions about your EBT usage when 10% or more of your benefit amount is used outside of Arizona during a six month period.
The first replacement card in a calendar year is free. You are charged $5 for each additional replacement card. When you or your EBT alternate cardholder requests 3 or more replacement EBT cards within a 12-month period, you will be issued a replacement card, but you may not be able to use it until you make contact to explain the reason for the replacement EBT card request.
Federal law now allows states to protect and replace stolen Nutrition Assistance (NA) and TANF Cash Assistance benefits due to electronic benefit theft such as card skimming, card cloning, and phishing scams. On June 19, 2023, DES began accepting and processing requests for the replacement of stolen NA, CA, Grant Diversion (GD) or Hopi Tribal TANF benefits. View the Arizona State Plan.
If your household experienced electronic benefit theft, ensure that the compromised Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card is replaced. You or your authorized representative can call the Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) at 1-888-997-9333 (TTY: 1-800-367-8939) or walk into an FAA office to request a replacement. In these instances, DES waives the replacement fee.
Allow for the ability to create links to groups. I would be okay with however this might be accomplished. I imagine there may already be some existing syntax in other software for similar functionality that might be a logical choice, but I am unaware of them.
Here is a relevant request that specifically asks for this same functionality but from within notes. Technically, I guess if that request were implemented, in the canvas you could embed notes with the group links, and utilize them. Canvas: Ability to link to a specific group / a selected section / a card of a Canvas
Every object on Canvas board will have an ID assigned to it so it can be found enyware on teh board as well as you can create a hyperlink from other card/object and skip/jump between them without draging (Space + Hold) manualy or changing the zoom level
I like this one. I hope canvas can be used in my notes page with [[Note.canvas#group]], If there is less canvas content, the words on the card can be directly displayed (images and links can use icons).
MARC, and MTA Commuter Bus vehicles do not have the technology to read smart cards. They will continue to rely on conductors and bus operators to visually inspect a sticker pass applied to the face of the smart card to verify the proper agency, month, and zones of travel. For trips on MTA local service the pass will continue to be accepted as a flash pass to ride CityLink, LocalLink, Express BusLink (up charge included), Metro Subway and Light Rail.
Order from CommuterDirect.com as you normally have. You will receive a new smart card with each order. The card will contain an electronically loaded monthly Metro pass and a MARC, or MTA Commuter Bus sticker pass.
The TLC may be purchased at The Commuter Store, or reloaded, if you already have a SmarTrip or CharmCard. The TLC will be available at all Arlington Commuter Store locations, the Odenton Commuter Store, and the Springfield Connector Store. The monthly sticker pass will be applied to your card. Customers using this option are strongly encouraged to have two cards, so they can use one card for the current month, and load the TLC and get the sticker pass for the following month on a spare card. Customers will not be able to show two sticker passes on one card at the same time.
