Then join the AIDS & Rights Alliance for Southern Africa and the Civil Society Platform on Combination Prevention in East and Southern African, and our partners for a robust discussion on what is needed to scale up structural interventions to fast-track HIV prevention in Africa.

When: 6 December 2017
Time: 17:30 – 19:30
Where: Novotel Hotel, 10 Avenue du Général De Gaulle, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire

Cocktails and snacks will be provided
2017 has witnessed renewed emphasis on HIV prevention. However, much of the momentum is around scaling up bio-medical interventions. Unfortunately, data shows that the missing piece of the puzzle in fast-tracking HIV prevention in Africa is addressing structural barriers to HIV Prevention! How can we capitalise on the re-invigoration of the HIV prevention agenda to do what is needed to create an enabling environment for youth, adolescent girls and key populations to prevent HIV infection?

Come and join policy makers, key influencers, other decision makers, young people, key populations, people living with HIV, human rights activists and other community representatives in seeking solutions to addressing barriers to scaling up structural interventions to fast-track HIV prevention in Africa!
