Failed to start emulator failed to start the engine error code 1

after i updated the emulator i couldn't play always stop at 25%-34% and say 

 " Failed to start emulator failed to start the engine error code 1 "

if anyone know to to fix it please tell me

bro follow these steps:

1 uninstall the emulator

2. after that go to c drive and delete the f0lder which is saved as tencentx  in program files if it shows that the some files are in use just add the folder to arheive and then delete it

3. and install the emulator again

Install Process Hacker software and find 'aow' file after that right click and Terminate that aow file
thats all error fixed.
