Getting "Network Error, login failed. Please check your network settings" error after PUBG Mobile Season 5 update

Hello I am getting "Network Error, login failed. Please check your network settings" error after PUBG Mobile Season 5 update in Tencent gaming buddy. It is checking my facebook account correctly. This is evident because when I put in a wrong password it is showing me error. Also it is able to detect that I have already linked my facebook account to Pubg mobile. But it cannot login into my Pubg mobile account.
