You can’t now. Since the update you can no longer change or bind any key to the CTRL key. It’s only for mouse lock and unlock now

Thanks, we have received feedback and plan to provide user-defined modifications to mouse lock/unlock keys in the next release. on this version you can use "C" key for crouch.
