Tencent gaming buddy emulator not installing

First the emulator was popping up a message that failed to start ,then i used to copy and run the game.Then i deleted the game and some files were not deleted ,then i reinstall the emulator at the time of installation when it creates a another window it was showing that it is failed to start and when i am copying it is not copying plz help me if you all know hoe to slove this problem.

What do you mean deleted the files ? Users are to use the uninstall than delete the files. Also there is possibility that your files are being used by another programme. Please run a full anti-virus scan and try to delete the files properly. Or you can try to install on a different location.
