This solution served me

1.-install everything normal

2.-enter the settings and change the language to Chinese

3.-restart the emulator

4.-download any pubg apk, (this is what I use) "http://www.mediafire.com/file/0yxwhskrzzlk8xz/com.tencent.ig.apk/file"

5.-in the upper left there is a + symbol with a letter to give there to install the apk, the emulator will download the engine again

6.-they cancel the download the pub in the emulator

7.-they change the language to English

8.-restart the emulator and let download the game
