i got the same problem too.. someone can help?? i uninstalled it.. and now im on reinstalling it.. hope this works.. please let me know if you got the problem solved.. after the update this happens.

same issue continues after uninstalling and installing fresh copy. tried several solutions like reinstalling, clearing catch, F5 button but no use. any one please find the solutions....

just go to your antivirus and find " Excluded " list and add all Tencent files to this list and ok it. 
YOU DONE!
