"F" button not opening player loot boxes

not sure about what this keymapping issue is that everyone is having, my issue is that the f button works for everything except opening player loot crates. having to press ctrl and open it manually (those few seconds can be vital for life and death) anybody have the same problem or know a fix for it? ive tried moving the f button around but the problem still exists.

My 'F' kept doesn't open in game dropped crates. It is really pissing me off each time I have to release mouse to click on it.

Also the emulator TCB says "Galaxy apps need to be updated to complete this purchase" just after booting up, and crashes when tried to buy in game money.

Please issue a FIX for my problem ASAP.

i also facing the same problem. "F" key can only use to Jump, get into vehicles, open doors. But cannot even pick up random stuff or loot boxes. Very irritating. Is there a way to solve? I see so many people with the same problem but Tencent not solving it or not even answering...

and also. there is a problem that suddenly the mobile UI appearso on the screen. like the controls in a mobile screen. anyone else with this problem?

Same problem but fixed! I was having the same problem , It was very annoying having to click every single loot crate to get the loot. I got the fix just yesterday. I got the fix. I was also facing same problem I was also not able to open enemies crates. Fix is go to key mapping and in the crates icon assign another key and afterwards assign the same key in the crates icon i.e f and hence u will be able to open crates with f
