Failed to download map. Error code: -1

Having issues in downloading the new maps Sanhok and Miramar. Couldn't download the map. Displaying 0MB/0MB. Btw, i am having Bitdefender antivirus and i feel it has somethng to fo with that, Please guide me on troubleshooting the issue

Does any moderator do any work in here! R they even alive! We hv been shouting since yesterday about this problem and yet till now we hv nt heard a single word from any moderator. Im loosing my interest in this game bcoz of this fucking moderators dont do their work properly. What for moderators actually r here i wonder!

dude i am facing the same problem if u found any solution please tell me. i also try to complain on tencent support and i think this is the worst update because this update is so buggy.

Hello all,
I was also having the same issue before, in my Tencent gaming buddy PC version. I did some things which i would recommend u to follow so that you can improve your chances of downloading the maps (btw, am not sure whether it works or not for you guys)

1. Switch off your antivirus completely.
2. Delete all the files related to the emulator everywhere (Install directory and the c:/Program data folder etc.)
3. Clear ur temp in C drive
4. Connect your Lan cable ( don't use WiFi)
5. Download and install the Pubg emulator from the website
6. Goto the install directory folder i.e., TxGqmeAssistant /UI / Androidemulator.exe
7. Select ok (If any window relating to directX pops up)

Then there it is, I logged in and i found the sanhok map there waiting to be downloaded.
