In controls, it only changes the controls for the game. As you are using an emulator, you will have to change both loadouts simultaneously to work. Since you are implying that you only look at the ingame controls (the one where you go into the settings of the game), it seems as if you are not changing the settings for the actual emulator. Other than select parts of the accessibility, the actual game itself will not provide you with any options to change keymapping for a computer because it is designed to run on a touchscreen as well as it doesn't really care or know that you are running the mobile edition on an emulator.

TL;DR: In order to fix this, follow my instructions:

1. Go into the in-game controls by clicking the gear at the bottom-right of your screen. (you seem to already be able to do this)
2. Select the control loadout that you are currently using by pressing customize. (If I remember correctly, the one that you are currently using should have a yellow border around it.)
3. If you are in full-screen mode, press F11.
4. Look to your right and there should be a column of gray icons on the very dark blue border to your game. Click the one on the very top. It should look like a keyboard.

To recap, you should see the control editor that is accessed via clicking the control tab in settings. You also should see several blue buttons. If you are observant, you can see that they will show numbers/letters on your keyboard and should be directly on top of the touch buttons that they correspond with.

6. Move the blue/green button that says F to the little crate in the northeast quadrant of the screen. (Try to get it directly on top.)
7. Move the blue button that says Y directly on top of the mic.
8. Click the green button at the southeast corner of the screen that says Save.
9. I had to do this but some of my friends told me they didn't have to do this: Restart your emulator. (I even had to restart my computer.)

TL;DR: You essentially have to adjust the keymapping of the emulator by clicking onto the keyboard icon at the right of the screen in order to have it correspond with the keymapping of the actual game.
