I used a youtube tutorial to turn off the antivirus for Tencent Gaming Buddy so the pubg installs correctly, after week of usage I lost all of my pictrues, music and videos on my old computer because of Gandcrab V5.1 that got into my computer through  it. (Tx gaming assistant.) 

I got rid of the virus, made it scan the folder again but its too late to save my files back. The only way to restore the files is to pay the virus creators 1200$. Definetly don't recommend.

Please always make sure official tgb is installed which is available on tgb.qq.com/en/ The only thing we ask users to do is put TGB folder as exemption from anti-virus, This will keep your anti-virus from saving all your other files. The reason we ask to do this is because TGB is a new software and some infected users keep reporting the engines files as viruses.

In details : Virus infected systems will keep infecting any files you use to make sure it can keep on staying in the system, To do this it will even infect itself into tgb.

Our files are clean and always using authorized certificates. We assure you there is no virus in the engine.

Your latest update around 8th Jan 2019 include the trojan horse in Market.exe - reported by market leader ESET Antivirus - which is necessary for your client (AOW engine).

I give you advice.

Fix you client with clean code and you will not lose player base and money... No exclusions, no workarounds.

It's so simple.
