Tencent gaming buddy not working error code 31!

When i visit https://syzs.qq.com/en/ it doesn't work so i put my vpn to england and then it worked (btw i live in France) so i installed the game but when i try to press install when the app opens it says error code 31 so what can i do to fix this.
