PUBG freezing all pc desktop functions

when i try to run Tencent Gaming Buddy the run as administrator prompt does not come up and this freezes all of the desktop functions forcing a restart of my pc.

this happens with Tencent Gaming Buddy only so i am unable to get a diagnostics file for you, my pc specs are:

windows 10

Intel core i5 6600 3.30 GHz

16 GB ram

AMD Radeon HD-7900.

i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and updating the windows but this does not help any suggestions would be appreciated.

Trying do not use administrator to run the Tencent Gaming Buddy and if it is running okay, please follow these steps, I would like to analysis logs for helping you solve the problem.

1.Click Diagnosis in AppMarket menu

2.Click Diagnose

3.Find the log file

4.come here and attach the file that you find.

Sorry if i wasn't clear enough before the "run as administrator prompt" comes up automatically when i press on Tencent Gaming Buddy either way i try to start it with or without the right click menu and Tencent Gaming Buddy dose not open at all it only opened the first time and freezes ever since :(

Let's try another way to get the logs.

Do you remember which disk that you install our Tencent gaming buddy?

Go to find it and follow this path: TxGameAssistant\AppMarket 

Finally find the  AppMarket.log

And then attach it here.

I could not find a way to attach the file, so i copy and paste the text to here but now i see it was deleted.

Did you see it?

And if so is there a way to fix it?

If not is there a different way to send you the file? or a different log file.

Update, the prompt that does not come up and freezes all of the desktop functions, it is called ( User Account Control ) it only appears for the installation of Tencent Gaming Buddy after that i can only hear a windows sounds but no prompt is visible.

I found how to disable / enable  windows 10 user account control so i am able to play the game without freezes all of the desktop functions.

Hopefully you can fix it that i don't need to change this setting on & off every time i play PUBG Mobile.
