My account has been temporarily frozen due to abnormalities detected in your emuator ?!

So I always play pubg mobile on tencent gaming buddy so i tried today and for the time to install the game on a different emulator called Mumu emulator when the game finished downloading i entered it, i logged in using facebook then i played arcade to test if the game is smoother on this emulator or not then after few seconds, the game gave me an error then it just log me out then i tried to log back in, it gave me the "your account has been temporarily frozen due to abnormalities detected in your emuator" I didn't do anything, I just tried a new emulator for testing game performance and also i didn't mess around with the game Data and i didn't changed or either touched it, is there any way to get back my account?, it will be frozen for 2 months please i am a regular player is there any support to contact?

please someone reply as soon as possible, i need my acc, i have to buy the Elite Royal Pass i cant just used on an other new acc!!
