Using TGB for Chinese version? It keeps saying the emulator registration is full

Is there any way for me to access this? I had it on my phone but my "new" phone doesn't run PUBG so I'm forced to use the emulator. I'm craving the Chinese L&Q and Timi versions of the game but it won't let me sign into my QQ account. It keeps saying the emulator registration has reached its upper limit. 

I just wanna play Sanhok and use the new guns and car. It seems like no one else is having this issue.
