turbo AOW engine(FAILED TO START ENGINE)???

after downloading the pubg mobile, the engine autmatically start then a note say's failed to start engine??!!!. and another note pop up failed to install?? please help. i tried to restart, turn off/on pc and reinstalling the game and redownloading.

just uninstall or delete or clear everything from your documents folder and temp folder as well & then try to install your game again. it should work. worked on mine
