Pubg game giving error code 554762241 after showing "Updating Download List" in loading window

From yesterday pubg emulator is giving me this error.

Tried everything shown in this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riVGhACsUmI&t=2s

Even un-installed the anti-virus softwares. Added exceptions in windows defender firewall. Still showing the same error.

Even tried to un-installed the emulator completely and then reinstalled again. Still no working.

Please someone help me fix this issue. Unable to play the game at all.

Found a small solution that might work for some or all people. if you usually use wifi on your laptop to play pubg, then try closing the emulator(event from system tray), then connect to some other internet network or mobile hotspot, then open the game. it will surely load and update. and after update is complete you can connect back to your wifi to play the game.

game is working ONLY in mobile cellar data and not in WIFI (isp)
