pubg stuck at updating configuration

pubg installation is stuck at updating configuration at 25%.

i have deleted temp file and uninstalled the game then reinstall the game but it always get stuck at updating configuration and when i close it then it gets stuck at loading 95 and 98%.

i believe my specs and internet are okey but still the game would't install properly so if anyone knows why this is happening then plz tell me.

Hello, it is weird coz i have reinstall many times and never encountered this issue, i suggest that before attempt to reinstall, delete everything which i mean by remove completely every files/folder related to tencent, whether it is hidden or not just manually find it or use disk cleaner, make sure to remove it all from C or D drive.

Then try to disable anti virus and start to download and install again. Good luck

i did delete everything even format my disk drive and installed new windows but the problem remained there so i installed win10 but now i am getting this problem 

any ideas?

I've just cleared the cache (from the options on the top right of the window) while it was updating and it worked immediately
