failed to initialize rendering engine

as soon as i installed the tencent gamiing buddy .......everything got downlaoded but at last this error came...says"failed to initialize rendering engine update you driver" after this message i have updated my drivers but then also it says the same error message...its becoming so frustating.........i dont have graphic card in my pc.....but in my friends pc which also does not have any graphic card he could easily able to play the game but not me.

Due to Motherboard graphics also this could arrise. Please check with manufacture website and try to update your drivers to latest.

try restarting your PC. I have this problem frequently . The game will run fine but if i exit and then try to start it after sometime , it will through me this error. Restarting PC seems to solve the problem for me.

This has not been resolved. It is my humble request to not mark something completed when there has not been posted, a valid solution. I have been trying to fix this same problem using all the methods mentioned here and elsewhere to no avail. My laptop surpasses all the requirements and still faces this problem even after updating the drivers from the driver booster 6 application and then from the manufacturer provided driver updater. Everything is up to date and the problem still persists.
