Issue with Tencent Gaming Buddy

I was facing some problems in Tencent Gaming Buddy like white screen, Crashing of the game after loading. Then I just uninstall and delete every file of the
Tencent Gaming Buddy. I thought if I install again after doing that it'll
work, but I found some .hiv extension files in (C: Program Data/ Tencent/
QQ Mgr) folder which cannot be deleted easily then I read about those files
and found out that those files are virus then I deleted them and I thought
maybe somehow the virus entered in my system and again I installed Tencent
Gaming Buddy and found those files in that same folder.
Can you please tell me what is going on why I'm finding corrupted files In
Tencent folder when it's officially released by Tencent?

    -2.If the first step does not work, please try follow steps.

    -3.Go to Buddy settings and find Engine Settings.

    -4.Mark OpenGL+ on and then restart Tencent Gaming Buddy.

even if u delete that file in safe mode, if u run TGB again it will redownload the file

someone says that file is a malware that monitoring all your system some others no..
depends on your choice..

I mailed TGB devs about this but they didn't reply. This behaviour makes me worry. So, I'm not going to download it until my problem gets solved.

i installed tencent buddy but it got stuck in 98% i saw a video and changed  the engine t\from smart mode to directx. now they are asking to install a big update. what to do?
