Fix That worked for me

In tencent gaming buddy press F9 to show all apps

go to browser

download google play services apk ver 14.3 x86 something

install

now login

Fix is here.

click on F9 go to browser google.com then search google play services apkmirror download version 15.0.9 and install it

yeah same for me. I have installed it and then after restart if just go back to version 11. and if I try logging in the game without restarting it says google play service version is low

best fix so far:

1.click f9 and go to browser

2.download google play services lastest versian from apkmirror

3.it will work but if emulator uninstall the lastest version just go to download app on ur emulator and install it again (no need to download it again its there install it and go to the game)
