Game Freezes and Making Buzzing Sounds

For the last few more days my Emulator is Freezing or Not responding many times on middle of Gaming and also making loud Buzzing sounds and like that. The freezing I experience is from 5 to 30+ seconds and that's just enough to me get me killed/failed in the Game.

My PC Spec: 

• Dell Inspiron 3543
• i5 processor
• 8 GB RAM
• 2 Gb Graphics
• Windows 10 Pro 64bit

I tried fixing by,

1. Clear cache
2. Repair on PUBG Mobile Game
3. Reinstalled WIndows 10
4. Reinstalled PUBG Mobile

Even after all this my game most time fails to load even the Lobby like shown in picture.

What I have to do to fix this?

Also note that Same PC Runs Asphalt 9 and Rules of Survival PC version Very Smooth.

Even i have the "buzzing sound" and "freezing" problem. I fixed it by just changing my Engine settings:
Cores: 1
RAM: 1 or 2GB
DirectX+ or OpenGL+ i really didn't test but use DirectX+

At last I fixed it. What I did was I uninstalled and reinstalled on new folder.

Even when we uninstalled the Game, the Game data will be stored on Diagnosis folder mention by Emulator. That's why when we reinstall to the same old folder it doesn't download the game file (1.5GB).

Reinstalling to new folder solves my problem.

I have the exactly problem, I reinstalled windows too. I have a i7, 980ti, 16GB RAM. It's ridiculous. Please Fix it.
